Sure can. One of the ways women can tell ovulation is to check cervical mucus. During ovulation it can become different almost like an egg yolk. As long as there is no pain or foul smell, change can be perfectly normal

when you're ovulating, your fluid should be at its most sticky and viscous...

like if you touch two wet fingers together then bring them apart you might get a strand of fluid between them ... sorta syrup-y and not watery
