If there was an election now with my hand on my heart I could not see me voting for any of the parties. Its almost time for a "Revolution"- but not quite yet. I certainly do not want Brown to be our next Prime Minister-He is a Jock git.

Yea I agree that Brown may not seem an ideal choice. But tell me this - who could do a better job right now? It's not brown on his own that raises taxes. The whole government has input as do the population in general. The issue is whether or not we want a primeminister who is going to lower taxes but spend less or raise taxes and spend more. Most brits want lower taxes but expect the same level of spending on health and education. Its not going to happen.

As for the two BNP voters above, this is an example of how idocy and ignorance can spread to otherwise intelligent minds. The BNP are nothing more than a glorified hate-group. They are not a political party by any stretch of the imagination.

I don't drive, but no doubt the bus companies will see it as a good excuse to put up bus fares again!
I will vote Respect at the next election (to renationalise the transport network).

Mr Brown as a private person, has to pay the increased taxes as well, the tax payer only pays for the `working` part of his life. When a different government gets in power, you can be sure that they won`t reduce any of his tax increases; and then he will be paying for work taxes as well.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I too am sick and tired of being robbed left right and centre. And to top it all he is bloody SCOTTISH!! so no doubt all these taxes we are paying are being filtered through to Scotland because they can't make enough money to look after themselves.
