Blot as much paint as you can using kitchen paper towels. DON'T RUB. Emulsion is water-based so water soluble. Remove as much of the rest with a damp sponge. DON'T RUB AND RINSE THE SPONGE REPEATEDLY. Then wash (or dry clean, if appropriate) the trousers (separately) following the manufacturer's washing instructions. You might have to include some extra rinse cycles.

All my radiators mixture in with my partitions. i purchase an identical coloration and coloration of satin paint to my emulsion paint. I relatively have had no problems in any know and my radiators get very, quite heat. I relatively have tried hammerite radiator paint and located it complicated to maintain on with because it replaced into very thick and that i could no longer get a tender look like I do with the satin paint. sturdy success!

You're pretty much out of luck. Whatever chemical you'd use that would get rid of the paint would more-than-likely ruin the fabric of the trousers or at lest leave an off-colored mark.
