i have the simms, bought it like a year ago, pc, downloaded it and it worked, after a while i stopped playing for like 5 months and now it doesn't work! pls help what should i do?

me too, I have The Sims Deluxe and I played it for a year and I stopped for awhile because I had some things to do and It was 5 weeks. when I played again it was nothing anymore. anyways check your CD, if it has many scratch it will not work anymore or maybe there is something wrong. check also the manual or visit www.thesims.com for more info

I do not understand your q. Simms, single inline memory modules, are chips. What you mean by downloaded?
It does not work mean a lot to lot of people. Need more info as to what you mean 'does not work'..................?

Try reinstalling the Program?...... I've had to do that with a number of games over time...... Good idea to copy all your 'Save Games' to somewhere else, just in case this happens!!!

Maybe cause the disc is scratched. Hope you still have ya warranty.
