At this point, I'd suggest just to continue to get to her know through email and if you can, over the phone. If things start to progress then you can start thinking about what to really do.

Move to GA or move on with your life. Long distance relationships don't last generally.

That's awesome. If you really like her, maybe set it up so you could go train with her at her gym for a while.
You never know where things could go from there.
