Yes, runny, watery diapers is a sign of diarrhea. Make sure your child is getting lots of liquids so that dehydration doesn't set in. And, last but not least, call your doctor if it continues.

It is a possibility but only if happens again and again and is constant. If it is twice a day then I would say no. It could be something they ate. Just in case though make sure you get them a lot of water or juice that is meant for dehydrating. Diarrhea can cause dehydration so make sure that they are dehydrated. Depending on the age of the child be careful with the water. You can try Pedialyte. It worked well with my child in the past. Good luck!

Regardless it's dangerous. If it's dark enough to possibly be diarrhea then it's either dark urine, brought on by dehydration, or actual diarrhea with also causes dehydration. Either way, get the baby to a pediatrician immediately. He will probably put her on Pedialyte until her electolytes are built back up.

yes it could be diarrhea. but keep an eye on it to much can cause dehydration. If assure call your doctor and he may want to know the color of it as well.

I depends on the age and diet of the baby. A breastfed baby would have looser stools.

that depends...is it liquidy poo? is it brown? does it smell like poo?
if not, it just means the baby is peeing a lot...
