Without a doubt, it was "Tha Crib", a movie which basically enforced evry kind of stereotype which possibly it could have. It had less of a storyline than "The Dish" (a movie about Australians playing cricket in an oversized satelite dish) or "The Piano" (god only knows). "Tha Crib" excelled in being slow, difficult to understand on a second by second basis, impossible to "follow" and created without a storyline. Indeed, how it managed to last for two hours is beyond me, whomever funded the concept must have been cheaper than smart-price toilet paper and livid with the end result. It seems the "actors" only wanted a chance to be in a film, play with some expensive things and pretend to be supercool music producers/video directors/hard men/drug dealers/pimps/rich boys on screen (I think that's what they were).

You can find it here - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0385623/ , or at your local Blockbuster, but really, DON'T BOTHER.

A movie I saw when I was a freshman in college (1988) called The Carrier. Gad! What a waste of money! We left about 1/2 way through it. It was this B-movie in the horror/thriller genre, but there was NOTHING horrifying or thrilling about it. People in the theatre were laughing at the "scariest" parts and just making ticked off noises at the rest.

It has a review on IMDB that gives it high marks, though. LOL That made me laugh. Are they serious?

Hercules starring the guy from The Hulk tv show. Gods, how I hate it when people don't get mythology even remotely right. And the acting. I was the only one who finished watching it because I was just plain paralyzed in disbelief of the whole thing. I kept thinking, "It can't get worse, oh, it just got worse, it has to get better, no, no, it just got even worse." It was like watching a train wreck in slooooooow motion. I kept thinking, "This must be what going insane feels like."

Hands down, without a doubt, The Master of Disguise. Such a bad, bad movie. There have been movies as bad, but not as "dumb."

Magnolia. I actually started fast forwarding through the last half, and stopped if something started to look interesting. When I did stop, it was disappointing. It just continued on with the stupidity.

The 2006 version of Poseidon. That movie was so drawn out, boring and poorly acted I can't believe I sat through it.
