In 'Before Sunrise' at the end when Celine and Jesse go their separate ways. They had this unbelievable connection and they decided not to exchange phone numbers or addresses, instead agreeing to meet at the same train station in six months. You're just left with a bittersweet feeling. You can make up what happens since the ending was open-ended. Then the sequel came, reality set in. :p

Well, baseball movies are the only thing that make me cry, so Never Been Kissed would have to be my answer. Nothing more romantic than getting your first kiss on the mound at a baseball game. :)
