my Microsoft Internet explorer will not let me down load any Thing?

I have went to internet obtions and enabled all thatI though was my problem then i applyed and i go back and check it it is all disabled can any one help ty

stop using IE get firefox 2

If you are not the system administrator you are not able make the changes be permanent and they will revert as soon as the perferance's area window is closed. Sorry you are out of luck. too bad.
