Yes that could be an indication of pregnency. Implant bleeding can occur with some women making a woman think that she had a brief period. She needs to get a test, that is really the only way to know for sure.

The first question would be. Does she have regular periods? And yes she could be pregnant. If she wants to know take a home pregnancy test. If still sure tell her to talk to her doctor.

she could be or she could just be under alot of stress. dieting or a change in something in her life can cause this. if she thinks she may be pregnant she should take a test and see. good luck.
