for the knock-out stage of the 2006-2007 UEFA Champions' League, the group winners will play against the other group runners-up & the winner of these match-ups will progress to the quarter-finals.

teams from the same country & also those teams who have played each other in the group stage will NOT be drawn together. the group runners-up will host the first match while the group winners will host the return match.

First Place vs Second Place randomly they put the teams who qualified on first place in one bowl and the teams who qualified in second place in another bowl, the restrictions are:
Teams from the same country cannot play, and teams from the same group cannot play either, so Barcelona can play against Lyon also, not only liverpool or Bayern and Chelsea can play vs Real Madrid, PSV Eindhooven etc,

The Runners up of group A wil lay the winners of group B
