It depends if you are buying one for the go phone and the minutes your wanting. If you are wanting a plan with them you get the SIM card with the new service.

It depends on where you go. If you are able to find a Cingular owned logo store, Generally, they are free of charge. It's the subsidiary stores that charge a fee. If you are not sure where the nearest Cingular store is you can check the website cingular.com or call customer service for address and directions. I use to work there.

25 to 30 dollars, but depending on the issue, you could call customer service and get one for free. If they offer to give you one for for, make sure it's otated and you can go to a local corporate sotre and have it replaced for no charge.
