I would suggest seen a Dr. Blackouts could be a serious issue. What if you were driving when it happened? You, or someone else could be injured.

Did you relieve yourself? I know that sounds terrible, but this happens when you are totally unconscious. It happened to me. The thing to remember is, if it happens again, call 911 immediately, they need to check you asap to figure out what caused it. I waited and they could not find the cause as all my blood panels were almost back to normal by morning. Definitely see a Dr. They may do a Cat Scan or EEG or some other tests to see what is going on. I hope this helps some, good luck!

If you were drinking alcohol and passed out, this actually isn't altogether uncommon. However, given that is sounds like this isn't the case from your question, I would suggest you go and see a doctor.

You may have had a seizure. This can be worked up with an MRI of the brain and and EEG. You should see a neurologist for this.

The pain in your limbs can be caused by a number of things. If you were passed out all night, the muscles could just be stiff. If you are numb or having any muscle weakness or lack of control, I would call an ambulance to come pick you up as you could have injured your spine with the potential for serious long term paralysis/weakness/numbness. Another possiblity is that if you had a seizure, the muscles might have gone into what is called myoclonus where they contract very violently. This can lead to muscle soreness.
