You should look in newspapers or look in phone directories for companies which are licensed by Microsoft to teach and take Microsoft tests.
You may also find them on http://www.microsoft.com/learning

Usually most of them teach Microsoft office too.

Bring big $$$$$$$$$$. For the 'training', and the $400 application that crashes, plus, Microsoft windoze...

You should expect many crashes, and lots of lost data!

I prefer the FREE http://pclinuxos.com as it has the FREE http://openoffice.org included and running even when booted as the LiveCDrom! I save to a USB drive or thumbstick.

In NYC, you can take courses at the Learning Annex and get your certificates in a lot of MS products. They should have similar programs in other cities.
