On 12/2 and 12/6 i used First Response, on 12/4 i used Fact Plus (faint postive, but definitely there). I don't have insurance right now, and before i get all excited and go get a blood test done ($$) i'd like to know if this has happened to anyone out there and what there end result was. thanks!

Could it be a chemical pregnancy? :-(

Yep! You are definitely pregnant! Congratulations!

Pee sticks are not quantitative, they are qualitative. A line does not necessarily have to get darker. A positive is a positive!

well if that positive result showed up within just a matter of moments to a minute or two then i would say that you are pregnant but if the positive line showed up after 10 minutes then don't count that as a true positive.

Try going to the er all sick acting and ask for a pregnancy blood test, they cannot turn you away for not having medical insurance.

PREGNANT
TWO PINK LINES in the Result Window
One line may be lighter than the other

Q: What do I do if the result is positive (pregnant)?
A: Remember, this test is not intended to replace your doctor‘s diagnosis. A positive (pregnant) test result shows that the pregnancy hormone (hCG) was detected. See your doctor to confirm that you are pregnant

If the result line is faint, is it still positive?
Any shade of a pink line, whether light or dark, indicates a positive result when read within 20 minutes for Fact Plus Select or 10 minutes for Fact Plus Pro.
Are the results valid if the result line appeared before the control line?
If both lines are present after 3 minutes for Fact Plus Select or 5 minutes for Fact Plus Pro, then the test is positive.

Yes it has happend to me. I took my first pregnancy HPT and the line was real faint so I just assumed I wasn't pregnant. So then after a few days I still didn't come on so I took another one. This time I read the instructions really close. It said if the line is real faint you are to consider it positive. I was pregnant the whole time. Do you qualify for medicaid? You should get to a doctor as soon as you can. Good luck!

Yes your preggo. As long as the result showed up in the time limit then your preggo! A line is a line! The same thing happened to me. You can get cheep tests at Dollar tree stores. Also look in your phone book under pregnancy and you will find places that do tests for free!

Yes, but if you're worried about the $$$, take another one. See if you can find a Planned Parenthood or similar- they don't charge very much.

Congrats!
