I have no background in statistic, but can i learn it by myself? If it is possible, can you recommend me books about Six Sigma or any additional resources?

Thanks in advance!

You can learn anything by yourself. It's only a matter of whether or not you are willing to dedicate your time to doing so. But, there are numerous books on Six Sigma. A good starting point is Jack Welch's "Winning". There is a section in the book regarding Six Sigma.
