No!!
I have tried Boots, Mothercare, Next & Asda but to no avail!
My daughter cannot keep her socks on at all!!
A friend of mine bought her some tiny pink adidas pram shoes and I have to put those on her, even in the house to keep the socks on!!
She also has some white fluffy bootees from Next that I thought might help the cause, but they come off too!

They say socks from BabyGAP stay on better, but not in our experience.
Try baby tights. M&S and John Lewis do them. They're better cause they keep the legs warm and they don't come off. Yay!
The only down side is when it comes to changing nappies - they're a bit more hassle but at least you're not continuously putting socks back on.

I thought GAP socks stayed on better but still came off fairly easily. I tried the leather Daisy Boot shoes over the top and they worked brilliantly - even when crawling. Good luck.

You don't want the socks to be tight, trust me, it can cause skin problems. This is what happened to me:

The best for keeping feet warm is baby booties that have a string or elastic around the ankle, which shouldn't be tight, just tight enough not to fall off.
Leg warmers are good to keep the legs/ankles warm.
Or just use footed pjs.

I don't know if you have Old Navy over there or not. They had the best baby socks that I found.

I found some at Target that seem to stay on better than most. I have some from Baby Gap, but they seem too tight leaving red marks on his fat little legs. I'm thinking duct tape :)

I just put shoes that tie over the socks. At night we use footed sleepers
