the only way that you will be able to tell for sure is by doing a test, also these signs could be in you imagination as you are trying for a baby, when i first started trying i was convinced i was pregnant i think i brought all the signs on myself because i wasn't, good luck xx

Hi Sue. First I wanna say Jojo78 you are so wrong. Frequent urination is a sign of early pregnancy not just in the later trimesters. Sue it sounds that you were somewhat irregular to begin with since you stated that you suffered from menorrhagia (heavy menstrual flow) and you were on for about two weeks "normal" menstrual cycles last for about 3-7 days. Now gathering from the information that you have given no one could definitely say that you are pregnant but it certainly sounds like you might. It's common for women to experience slight bleeding or discharge in the first month of pregnancy. And it is as said before it is one of the initial signs of pregnancy to have an increase in urination. Also breast do tend to become more tender and your nipples may become harder during the early stages of pregnancy. I have been pregnant and have experienced all of these symptoms. But then again your breast can become tender, swollen due to water weight gain also as a result of a normal menstrual cycle. Therefore this is not a situation in which one should speculate the best thing for you to do Sue is go to your doctors office, or maybe a planned parenthood in your area and take a pregnancy test. You may also take a home pregnancy test. Many of them are very accurate yet some of them are not. With your history it would probably be best to visit a clinic. There if a urine test returns inconclusive they can always give you a blood test as well. Hope this helps you.

The sore breasts are caused by swelling and an increase in hormones, so it is entirely possible that you are. The best thing to do is to educate yourself as much as possible about your cycle, fertile times, ovulation and keep trying if you don't get a positive this time! Maybe even schedule an appt w/ the doc to get a check up and talk about a plan of action. Good Luck!

If you are in the UK savers do a test for 99p... I haven't used it though just seen it on the shelves so can't say if it is any good. It may be too early to test with a home kit so may be worth seeing a doctor or alternatively waiting for the next date you are due on.. I know waiting isn't the easiest option... good luck to you.

I can always tell when I am pregnant because I pee more and my boobs don't just double in size they go nuts! Your boob size doesn't just change when your milk comes in, it is all to do with your hormones and the way your body reacts to them, take a test and good luck!

P.s I usually know I'm preggers when I am around 4-5 weeks

if you are pregnant it doesnt make your breast go bigger until they have milk in them and you shouldnt need to pee more yet because the baby would be the size of a microbead, maybe its psychological, just do a test
