110Km = 110,000m
1 min = 60 sec, 55mins = 3300sec

If the train travels at *constant* speed (presumably, meaning the driver doesn't delay or stop for ten minutes for NO good reason) ideally then in 60mins = 1 hour it would travel the distance of 120Km, therefore

a) Speed is 120 km/h

b) Simpy convert known units in the measurements you need, ie,

110,000 m / 3300 sec

Speed is 33.33 m/s (goes on)

Alternatively, use the finds of a) as follows:

Speed = 120 km / 1 h = 120.000m / 3600 sec = 33.33 m/s

1 h = 3600 s.

Good luck.

110 km/55 sec = 2 km/sec(60sec/min)(60min/hr)=7200 km/hr.

2 km/sec(1000m/km) = 2000 m/sec.

I used a system of unit cancellation to get the correct units. Have a great holiday season!

110/(55/60) = 120 km/h

(110*1000)/(55*60) = 33.33 m/s
