yes, you can...I did. You can take a home preganancy test the first day after your missed period. But I was extremely tired before I was supposed to start my period so I had a feeling that I was pregnant. Sometimes there are other signs that you're pregnant even before a home test will show up positive.

Yes. You can actually have a few light periods in the beginning and be pregnant. I had a friend who did that. Your best bet is to wait till you are about to skip a second period and check with a home test. FYI the doctor's office uses the same test you can get at the grocery store.

oh yeah i was pregnant and i felt all the symtoms of my period...but your really feeling the baby growing inside you...at first i thought it was weird...you also can come on your period it happened to my friend....im not pregnant anymore because i had a miscariage but you could still be pregnant and feel the symtoms of a period or even come on it

Early pregnancy feels a lot like an upcoming period with the cravings, hormone surges, upset tummy, bloating, etc

Definatly YES! I felt like my period would start any minute, and it never came.
