but works ok with the other order.
i thought the order of flags in linux didn't matter...
but here it seems to.
the -type flag takes an argument (for example -type f for file)
this is happening in the find command.
any help here?

But, seriously, check out the forums for the version you are using, and, see if the updats haven't been done to fix that...
