People generally say bless you - short for God bless you. It was originally thought that when you sneezed you were actually expelling demons from your body.

Bless you or eeeeewwww depending whether or not they just flung snot across the room.

When I sneeze , however, I usually end up saying" Dammit, I just pissed my pants again"

Feel free to say eeeeeeeeeeewwwwwww

A lot of people just say "Bless You" But I say "God Bless You" It is just one more way to witness, and not leave him out.
