What is the easiest/cheapest way to get wireless internet on my apple iMac?

I have 2 windows wireless computers already, but I don't know what kind of desktop card i need to purchase for apples. This is what my computer looks like: http://www.everymac.com/images/cpu_pictures/apple_imac.jpg

You'll have to purchase an external USB wireless adapter. Look on www.govconnection.com for MAC compatible products.
