It is important to do well in all of the sciences (not just Biology) and also maths. It is very competitive to get into the top medical schools so you should be aiming to get A's in the core subjects (science, maths, english) and at least a B in the others. As well as having good grades it helps a lot if you have some work experience. Volunteering at hospitals, care homes and doctor's surgeries will help set you above from others when applying.

Higher grades the better. At least English language, mathematics and a science subject. Remember though these are just the first step. You need at least three, probably four top grade A Levels in science subjects (including biology) / mathematics to be considered for medical school.

You need your basic Maths and English A/B grade as well as the three sciences again A/B grade

you will also need at least 2 of the sciences at A Level this this can include maths a/b grade
