Click on the word Tools, which is contained in your top tool bar area.

This will pull down a menu for you to now click on Internet Options.

Then click on the Privacy tab located at the top of the options windows.

Then click on the Advanced tab to bring up the Advanced Privacy Settings windows.

This is the area where you can define how Cookies are handled on your system etc.

In most cases you just need to click yes. But if you look at what cookies really are you don't have to allow them. Cookies are a way of storing information so that you can access a website faster, the website basically gives you an "open" link to the site so when you go there you have most fo the information alreadt pre-cached so ther is no loading. Cookies are not needed for access to the website. If you wanted to chnge the settign sof your computer on handling cookies go to Internet Exploere> Tools> Click the Privacy Tab> Then move the slider to the apporpriate setting. Then click ok.

Hope this helps - Josh

I only allow chocolate chip and sugar cookies and everything works fine.
The first two answers give you some good information, so, no need me repeating it. You may want to set your "Slider" to "Medium-High".
