Yes, you will be arrested for given someone electric shock and the society will criticize you for doing that and you shall never feel happy after give the fellow a shock.

Without their prior knowledge and consent, giving them a painful electric shock would be considered "assault with a dangerous weapon". Is that what you want to go to jail for?
