Eskimo is an outdated name. They are Inuit and yes, most have televisions unless they go hunting on their ski-doos.

There are TV shows in Inuktitut and English, and most Inuit (with the exception of some of the elders) speak English. Just like everyone else.

The People of the Snow had many words for "snow".
T.V. was not one of them.
They did however see many stories in the fires around which they warmed themselves, and they told those stories to one another and found that this sharing also helped to keep them warm.
Curiously:
The T.V.'s that we have are known to have "snow" at times.
