Why not? It is the truth after all.
You do have the right to change your mind you know.
Just don't keep changing your mind, because;
you'll be messing with their minds.
That' all
good luck, hope it all works out well !

You are already in violation of the court ordered restraining order. If there is another situation you will both be in trouble if the police arrive. Go to the DA's office at the court house and present your motion to discontinue the restraining order. You may be able to have it quashed without seeing a judge through the DA's office.

So dont remove the restraining order. Just act like he is obeying trhe order. It would be you guys secret. Who s gonna tell? And this way it could work to your advantage too cuz if he act up again then you already have the order. Play ya cards the smart way ok.

I assume you had the restraining order because of domestic violence? Yet, like so many women, you took him back because he said he'd never do it again?
Well, I'd just leave the order in place, because you'll need it next week when he beats you black and blue again because you said the wrong thing, forgot to buy his favorite beer, or you just looked at him the wrong way.
Abusers NEVER stop.

It sounds to me like it's time you got this straightened out and quit trying to live a lie. Lying to the courts is just going to make the problem fester. Our system of government, of which the courts are a part, doesn't work when people are willing to lie.

Tell the court you want it removed and they will. The only problem is if you needed it then you will need it again. He will not change

Just tell the court that you've reconciled with your husband and that you no longer feel he is a threat to you.
