my laptop has been infected by a trojan that was made by prorat 1.9 and I deleted it using the KasperSky v.6; I wanna know what 2 do coz it shows me this message:

My guess is that is a screen you see everytime you start the computer. You will want to check your win.ini file for a reference to that file. If it is not there, it may be in your msconfig startup folder.
