about 15 yrs ago, during a lightening storm in an isolated area of the arizona desert, a lightening ball came through the open--unscreened window of my computer room. myself and 3 kids were in the room. everyone's hair literally stood on end from the static. it was like something from the outer limits. 2 of my kids were lifted up and "thrown" into a wall across the room. my computer got fried, as well as all the other appliances in the room. the ball moved around a bit up near the ceiling for a minute or so and then just seemed to dissipate, or dissolve. it was one of the strangest experiences of my life. the smell of ozone lasted for days.
