Thirty or so years ago I was a player. Once I married and had kids, I became a coach. When the kids were older, I learned how to referee. Now a days, I'm more concerned that some politician doesn't preempt "According to Jim" and don't give a damn what the score is.

I am more of a player, I think... I just go with the flow, occasionally getting fowls or time outs... It's just my nature, I guess. I would make a horrible coach and my eyes aren't that open to be a referee. I'm okay with being a player-- my pride won't get in the way of that.
