Faking a laugh can be tiring and ache your cheeks. But I don't want to hurt my friend but her jokes are not funny at all. I appreciate her for trying to be funny and light up the conversation. But, I don't see anything funny at all.
Most of all, she's always embarasses herself in public with her lame jokes and I feel bad for her. Help!

If you stop laughing at the lame jokes, she might get a hint.
But, if she can't take a hint... You have to be blunt.

You can use expressions like "don't quit your day job" or "leave the joke telling to the professionals". She may get the hint.

Tell her cuz she will appricate yr honesty in the long run....maybe she myt get lil ngry at first buh she will thank u for it!!
