How to calculate potential of half cells?

The questions were to calculate the potential of the Cu2+ + 2e =Cu half cell consiting of a copper wire immersed in a solution which is 0.001M in Cu2+ with E=+0.3337V
The other question was calculate the potential of a platinium wire immersed in a solution that is 0.015M in KBr and 0.001M in Br2
Br2+2e =2Br- E=+1.087
