When I read for a long time, when I stop reading(or finish the book) I often feel like I've woken up from a very nice nap. Does anyone else ever feel like that?

Absolutely. Consequently, I'd rather read than nap any day!

Yes, sometimes i'm almost surprised to find that i'm at home (or wherever i am when i'm reading) and it takes me a couple of minutes to come back to reality, almost like waking up

Yes, I would say I do. I've never equated that with a nap, but it is really the same. Thanks for the thought!
