Anyone know of any reasons why I might have been feeling tired all the time lately? I have no urge to get up and do anything any more, I've never been particualry active but this just isn't like me, it's been going on for a few months now and I'm not sure if I should be worried or not! I'm also cold all the time (not to do with winter weather - central heating is a God send ;o)) and I've been having trouble sleeping too - can't get to sleep until 4/5am and then waking up at 8. It's begining to effect my studying too :( Any ideas what could be causing it, or what I could do to try and stop it? Xx~xX

Are you graduating soon this year or next? It seems to me that it's stress or worries which is coming down on you. During the weekend, find friends to get together to take a break and relax or try to do your favourite past time. Just free your mind from everything and take a deep breathe. I think that will do the trick. =)

Have you had your you thyroid checked? It's a possiblity you may have a thyroid problem. A simple blood test can find out. If it is, they give you medicine for it.
Good luck

Sounds like a complex case of Cold and Energy deficiency. Contact your local acupuncturist/herbalist.... with herbs and acupuncture you could drastically improve within a couple weeks.
