Have them manicured. Dark red with silver-sparkle tips. If you have no one to do them...go with the dark red, it is the majority color and should compliment the majority.

If your nails are long, I like glittery silver. I painted my nails silver one year when I had a silver lame blouse and I got a lot of compliments. Even other women told me I looked pretty.

A more modern option is a French Manicure with a small silver design and a small."diamond" on each of the ring fingers

Red is the obvious choice, but it may be hard to find a shade that will go with the color of the dress. You don't want to have your nails painted with a polish that has different undertones than the dress color, which will clash. While I doubt most people will notice, you never know who's picky enough, and tacky enough, to comment on it.

If it was me, since it's a bright outfit, I would go with subtle nails and makeup so you don't look overdone. A nude, pearl, opal, or other sheer color, even a French manicure, would be my choice.

why are u wearing sliver shoes with a red dress unless that dress has silver in it you will look tacky honey, do with black shoes, the darker the dress the darker the shoe. you can do a french manicure or dark red on your nails then

GORGEOUS! But don't ruin it with the silver shoes. Try to match everything colorwise with that red dress.
Red shoes; red nail polish; red lipstick and may I suggest a silver sash around your waist.
