Extremely rare. It did snow late in 1989 here. I didn't see it but I was told it was such a site to see.
I live in the Tampa bay area.

We get a lot of snow here. So far this year we have about 2 feet that has fallen so far. I live in northern lower Michigan. With all the lake effect snow we get, it's about a total snowfall of about 9 feet a year.

Never! The last recorded time in Tampa Florida that snow stuck to the ground was in 1977. It was only flurries but schools closed.

Baltimore, MD. Not much, generally ... a few inches a year typically. Occasionally you get a good Noreaster-type storm that parks overhead and dumps a foot or so, but that's only every few years. Weather can be rather cyclical at times.

Virginia. Maybe once every few years, and even then its like at most an inch or two. But we did have a blizzard last winter, with 4-5 inches!!!

It is pretty rare - maybe an inch if at all. I live in Georgia. I lived in western Canada for years and I do not miss the snow at all.
