I personally think the jeans and high heels do NOT go together. It looks like your just trying to change the center of gravity to make yourself look thinner. Jeans were made to wear with sneakers or boots of some sort.

skinny jeans. If you can fit into them, you'll look great in them with high heels. I wear them all the time.
