i have to run in my heels almost 3 times a week so i won't be late for work. its not difficult if u r use to wearing heals. So yes it is very much possible.

I can run in 5 inch platform boots..so I must be able to do the same with heels.

Of course we can! I think I can run and walk better in heels than in flats because I'm used to it. I wouldn't recommend it for a newbie though.

Run in them? I can't even WALK in them. Those things should be catagorized as torture techniques.
