Can I grow a Fuschia hedge in zone 6 (lower westchester, NY)?

I would love to grow a fuschia hedge but do not want to spend all the money if it will die. Will it grow in zone 6? Thanks!

actually just found out I am in zone 7, does that make much difference?

No, don't do it. They will die in the winter in Zone 6.
