Depends on the frequency and power.

generally the higher the frequency the more dangerous. At microwave frequencies damage can happen.

mobile phones work at near this frequency, but the power is too low to do damage (this is the consensus based on research)
Being too near a mobile network base station is dangerous. These are directional however so can be placed on top of buildings without ill effect.

There are no known affects from fm or am radio. The jury is out on higher frequencies.
