In Firefox:
Tools/Options/Privacy/History/Clear Browsing History Now.
In Internet Explorer:
Internet Options/General/Browsing History/Delete.

open a page ...go to tools and click internet options and then click clear history .....and even click the delete files and click delete all offline contacts and press ok..and then click delete cookies and click ok and then apply and press OK
ur all problem will be solved

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Clear History. You might want to clear your cookies and temporary files too.
