Knowing your name, birth date and the names of your parents do absolutely nothing for me in terms of predicting if you will get into an MBA program. The only thing that I can say is that given your age, you probably don't have very much work experience -- and the top schools would want you to work another three or four years before admitting you.
Given that you give no relevant information and give lots of irrelevant information, I suspect that you have absolutely no sense of what is needed to do well in business, and think it will be difficult for you to get into a good MBA program at this time.
That being said, it is very easy to get into SOME business school -- so you should be able to get an MBA.
