First, it is illegal to use someone else wireless network. If it is another person's network, it is called "theft of services" and can get you fined, sued by the other person, and sued by their ISP. If it is a business, it is called 'hacking", and you go to prison for 20-30 years for doing it. So do not try it.

If it is your employers network, talk to whoever administrated the computers. If they want you to be able to access the networ, they will supply you with the WEP key and other information you need. Otherwise, if you attempt to connect, it is "hacking" and will get your fired, fined and possibly imprisoned.

That's called hijacking, and yes, it's illegal. If you were caught, and certainly your company wireless network technicians could do that, it would be grounds for firing you. Is stealing wireless worth your job?
