that's a bit deep for a Wednesday lunchtime! Isn't that more of a Sunday 3am question?! As fair as I'm concerned, this is it, this is what we get so we'd best make the most of it. There is nothing to move onto, so don't bother wasting your life preparing for the afterlife. Obviously don't do wrong to others, that's just common sense and being a decent human being

It's more of a game than a test. We Win or lose. At the end we either depart un-noticed or we make our mark in the world through our achievments. But all in all we end up as fertiliser when we get buried. Or contribute to global warming if we are cremated. The test in life is to try and stay happy for as much of it as we can.

well..it IS a test, in a way...I believe that God is testing us to see what we do, and how we react, based upon what we know.
What we achieve at the end, is judgement, based upon how well we lived, according to perhaps, our conscience.
If we knew better and did better, that's passing the test.
If we knew better, and did terrible things against our conscience, I think we'll fail the test.
The ideal achievement at the end, would be to have God say that we passed, and we'll have a great place in His Kingdom.
If we haven't passed, we'll get another chance; but the first time around is more rewarding!

We cannot really achieve anything, memories fade, buildings fall and fame forgotten....we come with nothing and leave with nothing.

Keep people you love close, live for others and be humble of heart, you'll enjoy life more and begin to see a whole new dimension to the meaning.....some of the most famous and well oved people are "good", acting in this way seems to be a hard and very respectable thing to do now-a-days.

Life isn't a test its a process. It runs, then gets to the end and stops.
What you do during your process is up to you.
My advice, live free, love plentifully and try most things once.
Then when you're hopefully old and wrinkled near the end of your process, you think of the full life you've lived and all the things you did instead of the could have beens.

its about growth. you start as a sapling and become a tree, leave your mark and go on having experienced the greatest thing ever...life. its not a test, its a gift...a ball of clay you're going to wax into something thats going to make you proud years down the line...enjoy sculpting what it is you want to and sit lie ages from now in your death bed and go "man, i'm a great sculptor!"
life is like an empty canvas you full for your own fulfilment so you can stare back when done and be proud of what you've accomplished... (this reveals that i'm an airy fairy artist hey?)... lol

I don't think allot of people (if any) could explain what happens after death. I don't think that life is one big test. Some people in Africa or something don't have a chance to get an A in life if that's what you mean.
No, I don't think lifes one big test.

People tend to look for praise coming from the people itself. And make them proud of what they achieved. Looking forward, what are material things for, are they permanent? What are this things that we achieved for; can we bring them to life and add our year of life too? Can we bring them to our death yard?

I do believe that life looks like a test, but I also believe that the ultimate reward (or penalty) is in one's own conscience. Your conscience can be your heaven or hell, and what's worse, if it is hell you live in it every day of your life. No wonder I'd rather prefer heaven.

God said this.. life's a test for us. Adam & his successors agaienst Satan & his.
so God is testing us, giving us tamptations like.. good thingse.g health,power,wealth...etc to see if we'll thank, & bad things e.g sikness, loosing beloveds, poverty...etc. to see of we'll be patient & accepting his well by accepting the fate we r facing.
give us things we love like "sexual relation" & prohibited it except for husbands & wives. & that's the Idea of fasting & so on
so whomever make good deeds will be in heaven & whomever makes a bad deed will punished for it
& we seek the forgivness of Allah in everything we make so he forgives us & make us in paradise with his well.
