I loved that show! Repeats were shown recently, and my daughter really got into it. I liked when he met his son as an adult. But I always wished he'd run into Phoebe in the present day.

Goodnight Sweetheart is now doing a repeat on More4
(I think) FREEVIEW usually afternoons. Check out times. Starring Nicholas Lyndhurst (of Only Fools & Horses) in the lead role. Brilliant.

I finished watching the re run of it a couple of weeks ago on itv 2 .It was a really good comedy i liked when Ron was always having to stick up for Gary as to where he was going .The last episode was not what i was expecting as he was stranded and couldn't get home I think they could have done a special to let us see how he was getting on in the 1940 away from his nice house.Or maybe wife no1 managed to follow him and he had to hide her from wife no 2.

Yes it was`nt bad was it,showing repeats on itv3 during daytime, off work with broken foot i used to look forward to it, i liked the episodes where there was a good gary/bad gary chasing each other from the 1940`s to present day.

I missed the last series as it was getting a little silly, but I would love to see how everything turned out.

I used to love watching that! They've been showing repeats recently, so been trying to catch them after work. They've just released a box set too!

It's still on in Freeview land ...

Not the same after Dervla Kirwan left though.
