i am just asking this to show my little brother that he is wrong

Well you don't wwant to say to your brother that others agree with you. That does not make him wrong. Chocolate tastes good and makes you feel good but does not cure sickness like colds and the flu. Chocolate will make you "feel" better, as it replicates the actions of natural endorphins in the brain.
Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids or higher) is good for the cardiovascular system.
Will regular store-bought chocolate actually cure an illness? No. It's mostly sugar and milk and barely any real chocolate.

Dark chocolate is a natural "feel good" kind of food. An ounce of chocolate can raise your endorphine levels and make you feel as though you are better.
