Jeff Hardy and Edge are constantly good to watch. In fact, when I watch WWE they're two of the few wrestlers who don't send me off to sleep.
Umaga is also cool and they've done well not to slaughter him like they usually do with big guys: unveil them, have them give the good guy a run for his money, then squash them.
Umaga's samoan backdrop thing is awesome. Especially when he catches them mid-air.
