He offered Briseis, an abundance of riches and rule over much land. This was not enough for Achilles though, because he was deeply insulted by Agamemnon's abuse of his services. It took the kind words of Phoenix to lure Achilles out of his resistance.

Hello, having just torn my Achilles Tendon a few weeks ago this one seems appropriate for me to answer......LOL.

Agamemnon as far as I can tell offered nothing in return for Achilles returning to the battle for Troy. Achilles brother Patroclus is "allowed" according to the Iliad to lead an assault to protect the Greek ships as the Trojan Army nears the beaches. Patroclus is successful but dies in the assault in Achilles' armor.

Achilles get bright new armor and shield and hunts down Hector in a rage.... pulling Hectors body around Troy for 13 days behind his chariot.

There are two slave-girls mentioned; Chryseus (daughter of an Apollonian Priest) and Briseis (Achilles personal slave he was said to be in love with). Agamemnon takes both which is the reason why Achilles withdraws from the battle. Chryseus is returned to her Father, Briseis' fate is unknown.

Achilles dies at Paris's hand... either by arrow in the heel or dagger in the back while visiting Polyxena, a "princess of Troy". Interestingly enough, Hectors last words to Achilles are said to be that Achilles will die by Paris' hands.
