You cannot, Nietzsche's Übermensch is a next step that needs no guide. He is a man who can step over himself and act as "judge and avenger of [his] own law.” If you must ask how you are not the Übermensch.

As for Raskolnikov, he is the result of what happens when a normal man thinks himself the Übermensch. Raskolnikov, for Nietzsche (who was keenly aware of Dostoevsky) would have considered him a slavish fool.

You should read Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, he basically road-tests Nietzche's superman theory through the story of poor homicidal student Raskolnikov, possibly one of the best books ever wirtten and you might find an answer to your question
